German Neoclassical Clock

Rare German Neoclassical clock, representing Urania with her usual attributes in art: a celestial globe which she touches with a pointer and a crown of stars. Made of wood, plaster and gilded bronzes. Original 7 days clockwork with chimes to the half and full hour. The enamel dial is signed on its backside with the Initials of Louis Buzat. The mechanism has recently been restored and is in perfect working order. Berlin around 1790. Height: 65 cm, width: 30 cm, depth: 19 cm.
